Shipping Policy - All items are shipped by UPS ground, Fed-Ex or by USPS.  TintSupply.com is based out of Dallas, Texas and on average, shipments take between 3-4 days within the continental United States.  International shipments take between 4 - 10 days.  Texas shipments are usually received within two days.  If a COD order is requested and then returned at no fault of TintSupply.com, you will be required to pay the shipping and handling charge and subject to a 20% restocking fee of that order before you are allowed to place a new order.  All COD orders are to be money order or cashiers check.  No personal or business checks will be accepted.

International Shipping - NO COD's.  In our experience, Air Parcel Post by regular postal mail, has given us the fastest delivery and most reasonable costs.  Please specify if you prefer another shipping method.  Shipping cost for international orders are also subject to additional freight charges based on destination, type of service, weight and size of packages.  If you are an international customer, please note that we will notify you of actual freight charges before your order ships.

Return Policy-

Defective Material - If material is found to be defective due to manufacturer's defect, we will, at our option, replace with equivalent material or issue a refund.

Shipping Damage - If an order is damaged in shipment, you will need to submit a claim to the freight carrier.  We will assist you in any way possible. Most carriers process claims quite rapidly.  In the mean time, you may wish to go ahead and submit another order so you can get the product you need.

Misuse of product - For obvious reasons, we cannot issue refunds for product that arrived in usable condition and was improperly used, misused, or damaged during installation.   Please ensure you fully understand how to work with the film, tools or 12-Volt products before purchasing it. 

Change of Mind   - Return of any product due to a "Change of Mind" and nothing is found to be defective due to manufacturers fault, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus cost of shipping.  Regarding any of the 12-volt products, if found to be in used condition, such as cut or stripped wires, no refund will be issued.

Legal Actions-Any transaction between TintSupply.com and it's customers requiring legal action will be filed in and subject to the laws of the state of Texas.

Tint Laws - You are responsible for knowing the laws regarding vehicle window tinting for your state.  Tint Supply cannot be held responsible for any incorrect application or violation of any law.  We will not issue any refunds for product ordered incorrectly or used incorrectly.
